Programs? Logistics? The Human Resources Department has got them all covered! Our two special committees work hand-in-hand to bring life into the organization’s events! The Programs committee handles Talent Pool recruitment and creates program flows that bring entertainment to ALAC projects, while the Logistics committee manages all necessary forms required by OSA and OAS before a project is launched! Project Management
Do you want to be the very best that no one ever was? The Project Management (PM) Department lets you be a PM, where you can lead a team to create the best projects ALAC has ever seen. It is the backbone of the organization, handling every project, and leading the ALACholics into making a project come alive. You’ll get to conceptualize the ideas of projects, and oversee the behind-the-scenes preparations! Be a Project Manager, be a Project Master!
Documentation & Publications
Get your creative juices flowing and be a part of this year’s Doc&Pub department! Help add color to projects by joining Publications and get the opportunity to create posters, props, and other promotional materials with your team. Both traditional and digital artists are more than welcome to help paint a bigger and brighter picture of ALAC this school year! The Documentations will be composed of the Creatives and News Team. The Creatives team is comprised of photographers and videographers while the News team will be in charge of the ALAC newsletter. Being in Documentations will allow you to capture and tell the highlights of the events and the projects’ most interesting moments.
External Affairs
Have you ever wanted to be part of something big? Then the External Affairs Department is for you! We beat the drum for ALAC’s name by overseeing all activities that involve collaborations, sponsorships and partnerships with institutions and establishments inside and outside the organization. On top of that, we also search for possible contacts and work with them for event tie-ups! Got what it takes? Come join us and be part of the External Affairs team!
